What does Kids Away do ?
Kids Away aims to provide a year round service for babies and children between the ages of 0 – 7 years of age for holiday essentials such as milk, nappies, food and toiletries.
It also provides other child travel products many of which are hard to find in high street shops but which are truly suited for travel.
Can I split an order and have some delivered home prior to my departure ?
Yes this is possible.
We don`t charge any handling fee so all you need to do is to place two separate orders for delivery to different addresses.

Why should I use Kids Away ?
Travelling with your family should be a pleasureable experience, having travelled with small children we appreciate how much luggage your child will need while on holiday.
Children under the age of 2 generally don`t get any form of luggage allowance and airline luggage allowances can be as low as 20kg, airlines are getting stricter with enforcing excess baggage charges which can be as high £22 per kg
As you`ll be able to track your package there will be no concerns about lost luggage
By using our service you can ensure you have all your child`s requirements sorted out prior to your departure and hopefully you won`t forget anything.
Your child will be getting products it is familiar and happy with.
Where you are staying may not be close to local shops and the shops may not stock a very wide range of products, our service can save you the time taken looking for products in resort and provide you with the certainty that your child is getting products it is familiar with

We have tried to keep our shipping policy clear and simple to use.
If your destination doesn`t appear then please email us at customer.service@kids-away.com and we are sure we can arrange for a suitable delivery.
When do I need to place my order
We ask that orders for delivery to your holiday destination are placed within 14 days of the required delivery date.
I`m leaving within 14 days – can I still place an order ?
This should still be be possible and we would ask that you email us in the first instance at customer.service@kids-away.com with your destination and arrival date.
We will then contact you to confirm if this is possible.
If I run out of supplies while away can I re-order ?
Again this should be possible and we would ask that you email (customer.service@kids-away.com) with your requirements and we will let you know the charge for this
What are your service charges ?
We don`t charge any service charge.
We only charge for the cost of the products and the shipping
Are you able to accommodate special requests ?
If the product you require isn`t available on our website then please email us at customer.service@kids-away.com and we will source this product and will let you know the price for this.
What will Kids Away do if a product is no longer available ?
In the unlikely event that a product is no longer available we will send a substitute product.
