Kids Away – Delivery to home
1, Select the products you require and put them into the shopping cart.
2, When you have finished select the correct shipping fee from the menu at the bottom of the page.
3, Proceed to the payment page and pay with any major credit card. All payment transactions are carried out safely and securely through PayPal.
4, Should you wish to place orders for delivery to Home and
5, Once your order has been recieved, packed and despatched you will be sent an email notifying you of this and advising you of the carrier tracking number.
Kids Away – Holiday
1, Prior to starting shopping please make sure you have your holiday delivery address available with the full postal code.
We would ask that you provide us with the following:-
- Full hotel name
- Delivery address and local postcode and
- Where applicable your tour operator.
Kids Away will verify this address.
Where possible please provide us with a contact telephone number / email address for the hotel you are staying in or the rental agency if you have rented accomodation.
2, Simply add all the products you want into your shopping cart. The weight of all the products in your basket is automatically added up for you and then the system calculates the correct delivery price for your order.
3, Proceed to the payment page and pay with any major credit card. Payment transactions are carried out safely and securely through PayPal.
4, When you have finished shopping check the Shipping Prices & Zone Areas in the horizontal menu above and select the zone 1 to 5, according to the country you are travelling to. Then click select next to the correct zone scroll down to continue to the checkout.
5, Once your order has been received, packed and despatched you will be sent an email notifying you of this and advising you of the carrier tracking number
6, Where possible we will send your accomodation an email advising them to expect your order, your order will be clearly marked with our logo, your party name and your arrival date.
7, We constantly monitor the carrier tracking numbers - once we have confirmed your order has arrived at its final destination we will send you an email / text message advising of this.
